Oneida County COVID-19 Update for April 17, 2021

Here are the Oneida County COVID-19 case numbers as of midnight on April 16:

• 49 new positive cases, 21,074 total.
• 449 active positive cases.
• No new COVID-19-related deaths, 413 total.
• 16 patients are hospitalized in Oneida County.
  
  • 15 at MVHS.
  • 1 at Rome Heath.
  • 4 are nursing home residents.
• 3 residents are hospitalized out of county.
  
  • 1 is a nursing home resident.
• 20,212 positive cases have been resolved.
• 694,679 total negative results.
• 715,753 total tests.
• 449 in mandatory isolation.
• 493 in mandatory quarantine.
