Call for Projects: Local Bridge Preliminary Engineering Program
The Herkimer-Oneida Counties Transportation Council (HOCTC) is now accepting applications for the Local Bridge Preliminary Engineering Program, which is intended to give local governments an opportunity to complete bridge preliminary engineering studies ahead of the next NYSDOT Bridge NY program solicitation.
Applications are due on December 15, 2026, by 4:00pm.
