Karen Pensero-Shanley
Karen joined the Youth Bureau in March 2018. Prior to joining the Youth Bureau, Karen was employed by The Arc Oneida-Lewis Chapter, NYSARC for 20 years as the Deputy Director of Service Coordination at The Arc. Within her role at the Oneida County Youth Bureau, she is also the Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Coordinator for Oneida County. Karen has a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
