Join us for the Milestones Matter event: Oneida County Health Department Special Children Services program is partnering with Utica Public Library to host hands on activities and learning for young children and families. Specialists will be on hand for educational activities and learning. Sessions are offered each month and are free.
Early Intervention
As children grow, they learn new skills. Children learn to crawl, walk, and talk by certain ages. If you think your child is developing slowly, Early Intervention can help.
Pre-School Program
This program provides educational and/or support services for children ages 3 and 4 years old with confirmed disabilities and/or delays impacting their ability to learn.
Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs
We are a referral program for children birth to 21 years of age who have or are suspected of having a serious or chronic physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional condition.
