Unified Planning Work Program
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) identifies in a single document the annual transportation planning activities that will be conducted by HOCTC and its professional planning staff. The activities support the goals, objectives and strategies established in the Long-Range Transportation Plan.
The document will be available for review from January 12, 2026 to February 10, 2026. Written comments on the 2026-2027 UPWP will be accepted from interested parties until 12:30 p.m. on February 10, 2026. Comments may be submitted by fax, hard-copy (mail or in-person delivery), or by e-mail, and must include the person’s name and location.
