New York State Self-Report Damage Survey

Oneida County Emergency Services along with  NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, Individual Assistance, urgently requests your assistance in collecting crucial data to assess the impact.

This survey aims to gather detailed information on damages incurred, which will inform our planning for potential recovery programs. This greatly helps us identify damage and to take steps to ID, assess and record storm damage.  The information is NOT used for any other purpose and is not shared with outside agencies.

Please note that currently,  no direct services are being provided through this survey. Its primary purpose is to gather comprehensive data to support future recovery initiatives.

Your prompt dissemination of this survey within your networks will greatly assist our efforts in understanding and responding to the storm's impact effectively.
