Oneida County Health Department Relocates Offices
The Oneida County Health Department (OCHD) offices, previously located inside the Adirondack Bank Building located at 185 Genesee Street in Utica, have moved to the Oneida County Office Building at 800 Park Avenue in Utica.
“Centralizing these Health Department offices at the County Office Building will allow us to better coordinate services, strengthen internal operations and make it easier for residents and partners to access the resources they need,” said Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente Jr. “This relocation also saves taxpayer dollars by consolidating space and reducing expenses. While the address has changed, our commitment to delivering efficient, reliable and high-quality public health services remains the same.”
The relocated OCHD offices include Administration, Special Children Services, Health Promotion and Environmental Health. The phone numbers for each of those offices remain the same.
While there are no changes to service delivery for Administration, Special Children Services or Health Promotion, the in-person services conducted by the Environmental Health Department are affected by the move.
Permit Applications, Submissions and Payments
- Permitted facility operators, including restaurants, hotels, motels, pools, campgrounds and mobile home parks, should now mail or deliver permit applications and payments to the Oneida County Office Building location.
