Criminal Records Search Request
Please utilize the link below to access the form required to start a Criminal Records Search at the Oneida County Clerk's office. Our office accepts both paper requests via post and digital requests made to: OCCrimRecords@oneidacountyny.gov.
The completed search form needs to accompany the payment form (both links below). Please note the fee is $5.00 for a 2 year search and $25.00 for a 10 year search, etc. Our office accepts in New York State personal checks and/or money orders, certified checks, credit and debit card payments. Please utilize both links below:
